How do I check my order status?
Click on the Order Tracking tab from the Main Menu or at the bottom of the page. Enter your order number and email address to obtain the current status of your order. Please allow processing time for your order status to update. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note, it is possible to receive multiple tracking numbers as items often ship separately although they may be on the same order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping. No shipping costs will be incurred during these promotions.

  • International Shipping - $9.95 flat rate standard shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
As curators, we partner with manufacturers worldwide to bring you the best selection - this includes the United States, China, Dubai, Spain, and more exciting places. That means delivery times vary depending on demand and the location of the manufacturer. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery on orders placed within the United States. International shipping times average 3 to 8 weeks. All orders are usually processed within three (3) business days. During peak times such as national and international holidays, processing and shipping may be delayed. 

Your package(s) will usually go through several stages during the shipping process. This includes the Sorting Center/Dispatch - which is the longest step in the process. At times, packages may remain at the sorting center for a week or more. But no worries. Once your package is dispatched from there, the process usually speeds up. Never hesitate to contact Support at if you have any questions or concerns. 
Are returns or exchanges accepted?

What if my order arrives incorrect, incomplete or damaged?
Please keep in mind items often ship separately although they may be on the same order. There is no additional cost to you. You will receive tracking information for each item once it has shipped. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within three (3) days of receiving the delivery. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
All orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it.

Currently Contessa’s Closet ships to over 130 countries! This includes the North America, Europe, Central America, South America, and Oceania.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Under certain circumstances a fee is charged by customs. Any charge on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. This is highly unusual. For US orders, in the event that you are charged for handling fees/taxes as your order passes through customs, please contact us at help@contessascloset.comInternational customers are responsible for any customs fees that are incurred due to policies within your country.
