While this means greater savings to your, actual shipping times vary depending on the location of the manufacturer and product demand. We will keep you in the loop by providing you with tracking information so you never have to wonder where your purchase is. Please note, it is possible to receive multiple tracking numbers as items often ship separately although they may be on the same order.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping. No shipping costs will be incurred during these promotions.

Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery on orders placed within the United States. International shipping times average 3 to 8 weeks. All orders are usually processed within three (3) business days, however, during peak times such as holidays processing and shipping may be delayed.

We are not responsible for missing packages if the tracking shows it was delivered to the address you provided. Contessa’s Closet is not responsible for address errors caused by the customer. Please contact USPS or your local post office to file a claim in the event your package is missing.

All orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it. If you wish to have a different size, color, or item after 24 hours, a new order must be placed.

Under certain circumstances a fee is charged by customs. Any charge on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. This is highly unusual.
